Taqui LLP was founded as a legal consultancy to help clients leverage Patrick's interdisciplinary legal and business experience to implement and refine asset accumulation and wealth preservation strategies.  We advise start-ups, small businesses, institutional and individual clients and families. 

Patrick's practice is an extension of his legal and business experience.  A graduate of New York University School of Law admitted to the New York Bar, Patrick specialized in white collar defense and investigations, international arbitration, general and international commercial litigation and disputes and climate change and energy litigation practicing in New York. 

This multi-disciplinary professional profile bolsters a pragmatic approach to working with clients: from helping small businesses in the entertainment, social media and merchandising industries take into account the scope of industry-specific legal issues, to helping elderly and retired clients and their families protect their assets and estate portfolios from unanticipated probate issues.
